About the Chemical Conventions Handbook
This handbook originally began as the Waigani Handbook and was authored by Dr. Mariann Lloyd-Smith and Ian Fry.
It has now been updated to incorporate the Bamako Convention and we thank Lee Bell for his considerable efforts in preparing this updated version.
We would also like to thank the many people who have contributed their expertise in compiling and consolidating this information system.
John Wickens designed and developed this website version of the handbook. For those without ready access to the internet a CD version is available.
